Launch of Porsche Design Tower an ultra-luxury, 60-story tower in Sunny Isles Beach
The Porsche Design Tower coming soon. Gil Dezer, president of New York/South Florida-based Dezer Development, and Juergen Gessler, President and CEO of Porsche Design Group, commemorated the groundbreaking of the iconic Porsche Design Tower Miami, representing Porsche Design’s first landmark foray into residential real estate.
The exclusive launch was held on April 19th at the Sales Center of the highly anticipated 132-unit Porsche Design Tower Miami. Miami’s elite, including future residents of the Porsche Design Tower Miami, Porsche Design’s VIP customers, Sunny Isles Beach civic leaders and special guests, attended the lavish affair that culminated with a ceremonial groundbreaking by the Porsche Design Tower Miami development team and Sunny Isles Beach Mayor, Norman Edelcup.

Juergen Gessler, CEO of Germany-based Porsche Design Group, joined Gil Dezer in introducing the first-of-its-kind Porsche Design Tower, before welcoming guests to a beachside after party that kicked off with a dazzling fireworks display over the Tower’s oceanfront site.

Proving it is truly elevating luxury, the evening featured electrifying acts by trampoline aerial artists, as well as dynamic musical performances and dancing under the nighttime sky. In a nod to the building’s most buzzed about feature – its sky garage – the event featured video demonstrations of the Porsche Design Tower Miami’s car elevator technology.
