The Dover Police Department is throwing the book at him. The offender during Sunday’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series event has racked up a bunch of charges including; trespass 2nd degree, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest with force (felony), offensive touching of law enforcement

The man climbing the fence did not result in a debris caution. That has been done in the past. Interestingly, this is not the first time a NASCAR fan has climbed the fence during a race.

The fence climbing incident was not shown during the TV broadcast of the race.

Private security (CSC-Contemporary Services Corporation) handled the job like professionals. They are contracted security by Dover Speedway. They were able to get Infanti to come down from the fence.

The NASCAR race at Dover continued as this was going on. Uninterrupted as the man climbed the fence at Dover International Speedway. That information came from a spokesperson from the speedway.

The arresting officer, Mark Hoffman describes the arrest. He declared that Infanti didn’t go down without a fight. He refused to obey officers’ commands, even to the lengths of kicking one Dover officer in the knee.

Posted below is the full report on the NASCAR fan that climbed the fence. The report is from the Dover Police Department.
