Former NASCAR driver, Greg Biffle sued by Ex-Wife for installing hidden camera’s inside his home and showing footage to others
A lawsuit has been filled by Greg Biffle’s ex-wife. The lawsuit makes some wild claims.
The ex-wife of Greg Biffle as well as his ex-mother-in-law are both attached to the lawsuit. The suit mentions both Greg Biffle as well as Roush Fenway Racing.
The cameras were placed inside Biffle’s estate. The residence is located on Lake Norman aka NASCAR lake in Mooresville (NC).
As you can imagine, this house had cameras all over the outside of the home. But the issues is with the camera’s installed inside the home.
The hidden camera’s were located in the master bedroom, bathroom as well as in the guest bedroom. Biffle’s former mother-in-law stayed in the guest bedroom.
The Greg Biffle lawsuit states that both Biffle’s ex-wife as well as mother-in-law were ‘recorded’ indoors. Bold claims further include “showing the video to other people.”
Under oath, Biffle stated the camera’s were installed for security. A theft prevention measure as Biffle believed maids were stealing.
She’s formerly known as Nicole Biffle. Nicole Lunders met Greg Biffle in 1998, they married on October 17, 2007. The couple separated in 2015.
Greg Biffle spent 15 years in the highest level of NASCAR. In 510 starts, he collected 19 victories and 175 top 10’s.
At the start of this season, Greg Biffle didn’t really retire. But at the same time, he didn’t have a ride for the 2017 racing season after leaving Roush Fenway Racing. He made his last NASCAR start at the end of 2016.
