Middle of turns 1-2, “And right against the wall.” Brown takes the cautious route. “He’s working himself up to it. He’s going to eventually get right to the wall.”

“Look how narrow the exit of turn 2 is. This is a very difficult race track to come to when you’ve never been here before.”

Turn 3, “He lifted very early. That’s because there’s a car under him.” As Justin Allgaier drives by on the inside. “See how close Allgaier is to the wall? You’re going to have to get there.”

“And by the way… They gotta give him permission to hit the wall. I mean seriously. Somebody’s gotta say, ‘Hey look, it’s part of the initiation process. It’s part of what you do at Darlington. If you get in the wall, at some point during the race, it’s ok.’ ”

“It’s what you have to do if you’re pushing hard and trying to make laps.”

Brandon Brown has run 10 NASCAR Xfinity Series races in his career. He made his debut in 2016. Additionally, he has 22 starts int he NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
