“On the pole for Sunday! PURE TALENT from Adam and everyone on this team,” Kyle Busch stated via twitter after the pole run.
Kevin Harvick and Stewart-Haas Racing didn’t make it to the track for qualifying. The team failed pre-qualifying inspection three times. Car chief Robert Smith has been ejected for the duration of the Coca-Cola 600 race weekend.
Harvick will start 39th on the field. He won last week at Charlotte Motor Speedway via the NASCAR All-Star race.
