NASCAR penalty report for Homestead-Miami Speedway

Over the weekend, the 2018 NASCAR season came to a close. The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Truck Series all hosted their championship race. Homestead-Miami Speedway hosted the events in Homestead, Florida.

This week, the cars were not hauled back to Concord, North Carolina for the weekly tear down inspection at the NASCAR R&D Center. Instead, the tear down inspection was done directly at the track on the night of the race.

Penalty:
Crew chief (John Klausmeier) has been fined $10,000.

NASCAR Xfinity Series

No penalties were announced for the NASCAR Xfinity Series following the race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

NASCAR Truck Series

No penalties were announced for the NASCAR Xfinity Series following the race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
