Six professional digital world racing divisions will offer real world paychecks to the world top sim racers with a massive increase in payouts
$100,000 to be offered in iRacing PEAK Antifreeze Championship and another $100,000 for new Porsche iRacing World Championship
Yesterday, iRacing announced a massive increase in the payout structure for their professional online racing service.
“This is exactly what we envisioned we would be doing when we launched iRacing in 2008 – create the most competitive and authentic racing simulation,” said Dave Kaemmer, founder and CEO, iRacing.com.
“We have serious prize money for all of these World Championship series now. eSports are here to stay and the commitment from iRacing and our amazing partners shows we are in it for the long haul,” Kaemmer explained.
2019 NASCAR Peak Antifreeze Series
Prize Pool: $100,000
The NASCAR Peak Antifreeze sanction is a class that runs from February through October. The series champion is awarded a trophy on the same stage as the real world Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion at Homestead-Miami Speedway in November.
In 2018, the winner of the NASCAR Peak Antifreeze championship received a check for $10,000. In total, $15,500 was handed out between the 1st and 5th place finishers. An additional $7,500 in iRacing credits were distributed for 6th-12th.
In total, 2018 saw a prize pool of $22,500 for the highest division of the online motorsports simulations service.
2019 in the tenth year for the eSports league. And in 2019, the prize pool will be multiplied, several times. In total, $100,000 in prizes are set to be distributed in the NASCAR Peak Antifreeze division alone.

It’s might be online and you might use a digital steering wheel, but this is no game. NASCAR’s Jusan Hamilton was recently signed as the series director for the NASCAR Peak Antifreeze Series.
“NASCAR is putting a strong emphasis on esports and the increased prize money demonstrates how committed we are to the series,” added Jusan Hamilton, NASCAR and Series Director of eNASCAR PEAK Antifreeze Series.
“The competition has continued to improve each of the past nine seasons and we expect the incentive to win a championship will be at an all-time high. I believe this will be the most competitive season in series history,” Hamilton concluded.

Sports Cars: The recently announced Porsche iRacing World Championship will also pay out $100,000 in prize money.
Dirt Racing: The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car and World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Championships, will each increase their prize pools to $25,000.
Rallycross: The iRacing Rallycross World Championship features a $25,000 prize pool.
Endurance GT: The VRS GT iRacing World Championship features a prize pool of $25,000.
All races of the six professional divisions are broadcast live on the internet via YouTube, Facebook and NASCAR.com.
