This weekend, NASCAR heads to Phoenix, Arizona. ISM Raceway is set for a double-header weekend featuring the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series

Is it a short track? No. But, in NASCAR terms it certainly is. At 1.022 is one of the smaller tracks on the NASCAR schedule.
Rules package for ISM Raceway
This will be yet another addition of the NASCAR rules package. All three races so far have seen different rules. This will be the fourth addition of the 2019 package.
What’s different this week? They have all the power back. The tapered spacer has been removed. However, the added downforce remains.
They have the same power as last year with far more downforce. Track records will be broken this weekend and at every short track in 2019.
Daylight Saving Note: Early Sunday morning, clocks around the work will go forward by one hour. The times below reflect that with daylight savings added.
However, Phoenix, Arizona does not subscribe to daylight saving time. If you are in that area or most place of Arizona, the time will be an hour off for the race.
