At the end of the 2018 season, Busch Beer lost a bet against themselves.

They wagered on Kevin Harvick to win the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Championship. If he didn’t win, they promised to come back with a Millennial inspired paint scheme for the 2019 racing season.

Then it went all sideways and shitty…

Harvick lost the championship at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He finished 3rd in the event as Joey Logano won the race and claimed the title.

“I think the car and the program are a lot of fun,” Harvick said.

“It sucks losing a bet, but I’m willing to live up to my end of the deal. Through the process of the car design, I’ve learned a lot of new words, none of which make sense to me, nor could I ever use in the right context. However, it’s the All-Star race, and we have a great partner in Busch, who always like to have fun and keep things fresh.”

“In the end, I want to win. Whether I’m driving a millennial pink car, a purple car or my normal car, it’s all about winning.”

The Millennial car will be run in the 2019 NASCAR All-Star race. The race will be hosted at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 18th.

Most of the phrases featured on the car were chosen by the fans. Busch Beer put up several polls in previous months asking fans which phrases to use via the social media polls.

Now, the Kevin Harvick Millennial car is here and it’s pink.

“It’s a lot pinker than I thought it was going to be,” Harvick said with a laugh. “Aside from the words that don’t make sense… Why did we leave letters out of everything? I don’t understand.”

“Thanks for designing an absolutely horrible looking race car.”

Phrases featured on the Millennial Car: Busch Beer AF, Turnt Left, Skrrrt Skrrrt, Busch Beer Is Bae and Squad Goals.

Regarding the AF portion on the hood. Harvick asked, “Did legal approve that?”
