NASCAR Truck Series team for sale

JJL Motorsports is seeking a new owner for 2020

JJL Motorsports is a family owned race team with driver Jesse Little. The team will run their final race at Homestead-Miami Speedway in November 2019.

The team had a solid 2018 running with six top-10 runs. They opened up 2019 with plans for more races and team upgrades.

Now, Jason Little is set to depart the ownership role of the NGOTS operation. He has taken a new role within the industry.

The team was formed in the 2015 season. It’s currently operated out of a shop in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina.

The driver is the 22-year-old and son of Chad Little. He made his debut via the K&N Pro Series in 2012 and later collected two wins in the NASCAR ladder series before moving to trucks.

“I’ve really enjoyed the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series over the last five years and I’m very proud with what this family-owned team has been able to accomplish,” said Jason Little.

“Moving forward, both Jesse and I are looking for new ownership to take over the JJL Motorsports team intact and look forward to discussing with anyone interested in taking the reins and competing in the series during the 2020 season and beyond.”

“We are actively searching for new ownership to purchase the team’s assets and resources as a turn-key Truck program heading into 2020.”

“We believe the team’s equipment, assets, current personnel and resources are a good opportunity for anyone looking to run in the series next year.”

“I want to thank all our business and marketing partners for their continued support and really look forward to what the future holds.”

“I plan to work closely with my nephew on business to business opportunities in Motorsports in the coming years,” Jason Little concluded.

Meanwhile, this leaves Jesse Little in search of a new ride. And he’s looking beyond the truck series:

“I’m excited about finishing up the 2019 season with JJL Motorsports team and running Phoenix and Homestead at the end of the year,” said Jesse Little.

“I’m currently looking at options to advance my career into the Xfinity and Cup Series and really look forward to what the 2020 season has to offer. I can’t thank my uncle Jason (Little), all our marketing and business partners and my JJL Motorsports guys enough for all the support and we expect to finish the year with a couple of great runs.”

Jesse Little has spent the last five season in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series. In 2018, he collected six top-10’s.
