Chase Elliott is glued right to the yellow line in turn one on his lap. He barely misses the bottom in turn three but he jumps to the top of the board.

Hamlin is super slow on his get up to speed lap, he’s the first to do that. He takes it easy into turn one as well. He’s on it into turn three on his last lap. He’s putting it all into lap two. He gets loose in turn one and comes up just short, 3rd.

Kevin Harvick is snug into turn one. He works it to the bottom. He misses the bottom in turn three but he jumps to the top of the board.

Brad Keselowski stomps the gas early off the exit of turn two. He uses every inch of the track off turn four and nearly tags the wall but he’s quickest so far.

Brad Keselowski will start from the pole position in Saturday night’s NASCAR race at the short track!

“We didn’t get any poles last year. Now, we got three,” Keselowski says of 2019.
