There’s been a bit of a weather delay leading to the green. An hour and 20 minutes behind, we’re ready.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr and Chase Elliott lead them to the starting line. 60 laps and 150 miles of stock car racing are up next…

Lap 4, Clint Bowyer leads a charge from the outside lane. He pulls to the number of Stenhouse. He has a line of five Fords behind him.

Lap 7, the outside line has faded. They were unable to keep pace with the larger inside line. Stenhouse continues to lead.

Lap 10, Hamlin pulls out of line from 3rd. He was trying to catch the nose of Clint Bowyer on the outside lane. Instead, Bowyer moved to his outside and left Hamlin in the middle as he drops to 16th.

Lap 11, Stenhouse Jr leads Elliott. Most of the field has formed single file around the outside wall.

Lap 12, Ricky Stenhouse Jr has a large piece of trash on his grill. He remains up front.

Pit cycle

Clint Bowyer leads as the Fords have yet to pit.

Lap 31, the Fords are heading to the pit lane. As they checkup, Ryan Blaney left no room for Suarez. Suarez is into the back of Blaney.

The caution is out. Suarez is on the hook as Blaney heads for the pits with door and nose damage.

None of the Ford drivers made it to the pit entry line before the pits closed. All those drivers will be heading to the tail of the field.

“The sensation of movement in the back makes me feel loose,” Hamlin states under yellow.

Hamlin thought he had a flat tire in the Clash race. He ended up spinning and taking out a ton of cars in the process.

Pit stops

Most the field returns to the pit lane. Stenhouse Jr stays out and cycles back to the lead in the process.

8 to go, the entire field is strung out single file around the top.

5 to go, most of the field remains on the top. Ricky Stenhouse Jr leads a smaller train on the bottom with Hamlin on his bumper.

Stenhouse aggressively side drafts. He pulls Almirola off the bumper of Logano. The bottom lane has the momentum. Stenhouse Jr is clear.

4 to go, Logano noses back ahead on the top.

3 to go, side by side up front.

2 to go, Stenhouse is clear but he stays low and doesn’t block the outside lane. Logano back to the lead on the outside.
