Tonight, the World of Outlaws Late Model Series takes the spotlight. For the first time, the late models will take to the digital track in search of $1,000.

Scott Bloomquist, Bobby Pierce and the stars of the dirt late model world are set to return to the cockpit. Kyle Larson has never raced a dirt late model despite years of efforts to do so. Tonight, Larson will race a digital one.

Feature Race Report

The field lines up in a four wide salute for the digital racing fans! 50 laps of dirt late model racing is up next!

Green flag, Mike McKinney gets the jump on Erik Riggins. Spin behind him and the caution is out early.

Green, McKinney leads ont he inside lane. He moves to the cushion into turn one. Riggins holds 2nd.

Lap 7, Riggins dives deep to the bottom. He pulls to the number of the leader but can’t complete the pass.

Lap 10, Winger, Larson and Cornell runs three wide for 3rd. Winger takes that spot through the middle.

Lap 15, McKinney was pulling off into the distance. That’s no longer the case as Riggins is closing on the leader. iRacing has a dynamic race track, the surface will change throughout the race.

Lap 19, the caution is out.

Green, McKinney leads. Ashton Winger pulls even with Riggins for 2nd.

Lap 24, three wide for the race lead. McKinney holds them off on the top. Kaeden Cornell is running on the outside wall in 4th, he’s right there with them.

Lap 26, caution.

Green, McKinnet leads on the top. Larson slides Winger for for 3rd. Winger crossed under him off the corner.

Lap 31, caution.

Green, McKinnet leads. Riggins doors him into turn one!

Lap 37, McKinney doors Riggins back! McKinney back to the lead as Riggins bounces off the wall and collects Kyle Larson. No caution.

Lap 39. Nick Stroupe is running down the leader. McKinney runs the middle as Stroupe is on the cushion with the digital sparks flying.

Lap 44, Stroupe drives it too deep, the car doesn’t rotate and he drags along the outside wall. Stroupe falls to 4th.

Lap 45, the caution is out.

Green, McKinney launches. Winger pulls even on the outside!

McKinney drives it deep into the corner and forces Winger up the banking.
