NASCAR iRacing Event Info: Bristol Motor Speedway (April 4-5, 2020)

There’s two feature races and some heat racing action this weekend for the NASCAR iRacing Series; Starting today

Week three of the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series. The digital racing series features real-world NASCAR Cup Series drivers on digital tracks.

Seven NASCAR races are currently postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. During the shutdown, drivers have pulled out the simulators to put on a show at digital tracks.

This week’s event will again be shown on network television. Last week’s race at Texas Motor Speedway drew over a million viewers to the race.

The field is for the green at the virtual Bristol Motor Speedway. And new for this week, there’s now two races…

NASCAR has added a new series for the eNASCAR drivers. The Saturday Night Thunder will debut at Bristol Motor Speedway.

No drivers will advance out of this event into Sunday’s race. It’s a stand alone event.

Class/Car: ARCA Menards Series

Track: Virtual Bristol Motor Speedway

Eligible drivers (from the real world): NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series, ARCA, the NASCAR PEAK Mexico Series and the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series.

Time: 8:00pm ET

It’s the Food City Showdown at Bristol Motor Speedway. Week three of the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series.

There’s been a change in the format since last week. Now, they’ll run two heat races.

Every driver will transfer out of the heat races. Finishing position in the heats will set the starting order for the main event.

Class:/Car NASCAR Cup Series (A-Class Fixed)

Track: Virtual Bristol Motor Speedway

Eligible drivers (from the real world): Only real-world NASCAR Cup Series drivers are eligible to compete.

Time: 1:00pm ET

Where to watch: FOX (in select markets), FS1 and Fox Sports App.
