Dover tv ratings for the NASCAR Pro Series
On Sunday, NASCAR returned to the digital world. Dover International Speedway hosted the latest round of the show.

William Byron drove it to victory lane on the 1-mile concrete oval. He continued Hendrick Motorsports domination of the simulator races.

Next week, it’s the NASCAR Pro Invitational Series finale. Uniquely, The race will be held at North Wilkesboro Speedway. The track was cleaned by Dale Earnhardt Jr and scanned by iRacing late last year.
North Wilkesboro Speedway isn’t even released in the game just yet. The legendary track makes it’s debut in the sim racing service, on network television.

These races have been put on display, without a contract between NASCAR, iRacing and Fox.
“Nobody has their hand out, nobody is asking for a payment or money,” iRacing president Steve Myers told Sports Business Daily.
“We’re not writing checks to anyone and we haven’t asked for money from anyone. We viewed this as an opportunity to do something for the industry and try to help our partners in a time when no one can do anything.”
The online stint has nearly come to a close, two weeks from now, NASCAR will return in the real-world. The 2020 season resumes at Darlington Raceway on May 17. The will be followed by six more races in the month of May alone.
