Indycar has yet to start their 2020 season. That changes this weekend and it will be the first time that Texas Motor Speedway has hosted the season opener.

Tire Limits: Nine sets primary to be used during practice, qualifying and the race. Rookies and first-time Texas participants will get an extra set.

Aeroscreen: For years the aeroscreen has been in development. It makes it’s debut in a race, this weekend. The safety feature is “a ballistic, canopy-like windscreen anchored by titanium framework encompassing the cockpit.”
