Stage 1 – Report

Laps: 130 (1-130 / 500)

Green flag, Almirola drives it deep into turn one on the outside. Almirola is clear off turn two.

Lap 5, Austin Dillon has a flat right rear. Debris is all over the track and the caution is out.

Green, Almirola is clear on the inside lane.

Lap 20, Joey Logano is on the bumper of Aric Almirola for the race lead. Logano works to the inside. Almirola is hung out to dry as the outside lane isn’t moving at all, he falls to 6th as Logano takes the lead.

Lap 60, the competition caution is out. 17 cars remain on the lead lap. Joey Logano has nailed the setup as many struggle.

Green, Logano leads as Bowyer and Elliott battle for 2nd.

18 to go in stage one, Timmy Hill is stalled on the pit lane and the caution is out.

The leaders head to the pit lane. Corey Lajoie stays out. Bubba Wallace takes two tires and wins the race off pit road.

Pit Penalty: Ricky Stenhouse Jr has been caught speeding on the pit lane.

Green, Lajoie gets the jump as Bowyer gives the bumper to Wallace. Logano quickly works under LaJoie with four fresh tires to retake the lead.

Stage 2 – Report

Laps: 130 (131-260 / 500)

Pit Penalty: Martin Truex Jr and Austin Dillon have been hit with a commitment cone violation.

Update on Bubba Wallace, he has a broken droop chain. That chain limits the travel of the rearend on pit stops. The chain allows teams to jack up the cars in one pump. With a broken chain, it takes three pumps of a jack. Wallace is in for a long night on pit road. He’s buried in the field for the restart.

Green flag on stage two, Logano leads as Bowyer holds 2nd.

Lap 201, Jimmie Johnson is running a diamond as he’s on the bumper of Logano for the lead. Johnson is attempting to get a run under Logano off the corner. He gets it, Jimmie Johnson leads.

17 to go in stage two, Jimmie Johnson leads Ryan Blaney by 1.8 seconds. Bubba Wallace has climbed back to 6th despite restarting deep in the field.

15 cars are left on the lead lap. Martin Truex Jr is the only Toyota on the lead lap.

Stage 3 – Report

Laps: 240 (261-500 / 500)

Green flag on stage three, Johnson and Blaney run even into turn one and off of turn two. After remain side by side for several laps, Blaney takes the lead on the outside lane.

Lap 284, Logano puts the bumper to Blaney off turn two and he gets loose. Logano drives it deep on the inside of Blaney for the lead into turn three. New leader, Joey Logano.

Lap 306, Blaney is back on the bumper of Logano for the lead. Logano pulls to the inside and lets Blaney go by on the outside, Blaney leads.

Lap 327, the caution is out as Erik Jones puts the bumper to David Starr and the caution is out.

Joey Logano wins the race to the pit exit. Keselowski is off in 2nd. Blaney is off 8th as the crew stumbled with the gun.

Green, Logano leads Keselowski off turn two.

Lap 350, Brad Keselowski is beating on the bumper of Joey Logano for the lead. Chase Elliott is right there with them.

Lap 353, Aric Almirola is on the pit road under green to change a battery.

Lap 357, Keslowski gets to the inside for the lead. Logano pinches him down and holds the lead.

Lap 365, Keselowski works to the inside of Logano as they race through lap traffic. He pins Logano behind the lap car of LaJoie and Keselowski takes the lead.

Lap 370

Lap 370, Martin Truex Jr is beating on the bumper of Keselowski for the race lead. Keselowski gets loose off the corner and Truex looks to the inside. Truex takes the lead.

Lap 397, Quin Houff is in the wall and the caution is out.

Truex wins the race off the pit lane. Austin Dillon has been helped from his car after he lost the crush panels on lap 1. There’s no relief driver available for Dillon.

Green, Truex leads Keselowski.

45 to go, Truex leads Blaney by 3 seconds.

15 to go, Truex leads Blaney by 4.5 seconds.
