Bob Pierce, father of Bobby Pierce ran onto the race track. He yelled in the driver’s window of the #1 car and then began swinging.

At the same time, a World of Outlaws official also attempted to reach into the car to hit the power switch. Erb peeled off, knocking the official to the ground in the process.

Per an Outlaw release, “Erb drove forward, running over the feet of Mr. Kenneda, and knocking him to the ground resulting in minor injuries. Erb then drove his car to the infield and exited the car. His car was ultimately towed back to the pit area.”

The release added, “Erb’s team was instructed to load up and exit the facility immediately. The 32P car was also disqualified for the event, due to crew member entering the racetrack without permission and confronting and contacting a competitor.

Both Pierce and Erb were sent to the pit area after the altercation, disqualified from the event. Now, suspensions and fines have been handed out in the official penalty report from the week.

Tyler Erb comments

“1. When they locked up Gucci mane he came back better than ever.”

“2. The attention that had been brought and been considered a “black eye” has gotten more attention than anything dirt racing related in the last 10 years. So it blows my mind how a villain gets so much attention… I thought the protagonist was suppose to be the main character.”

“3. I will never change the person I am and I’m proud to be a 1% and not a cookie cutter follower. I don’t walk on eggshells, bc I stand for what I think and always will right or wrong.”

“4. Im beyond proud and blessed to be surrounded by my friends and family and team at BPM. I would do anything in the world for my circle and they would in return for me as well.”

“5. Florence Y’all. Still got a lot of racing left in me.”
