Green, Holmes wins the battle off turn two on the outside. They run three wide behind him. Ty Gibbs to 2nd.
Lap 36, Chandler Smith and Hailie Deegan make contact at the entry of the corner. Deegan never turned while SMith come down across her nose. Heavy front end damage for Smith and the caution is out.
Drew Dollar heads to the pit lane just as the field is rolling to the green. Possible battery issues.
Green, Holmes leads. Michael Self makes his way to 2nd.
Lap 49, Ty Gibbs gets into the side of Michael Self as he looks to the inside for 2nd. Self is completely sideways but he saves it, no caution. Self has a tire rub and he’s fallen to 6th.
Lap 67, Mayer is on the bumper of Holmes for the lead. Deegan is right there with them. They run three wide with lap traffic and Deegan takes 2nd away.
Deegan and Holmes bang doors for the lead. Holmes is around in turn one off the bumper of Deegan as he pinches down on the entry. The caution is out.
Race Break 1
The first competition caution is out.
Green, Deegan leads on the outside!
Lap 93, Bret Holmes turns the lap car of Chandler Smith. He spent several laps prior trying to get by.
Green, Mayer works the inside of Deegan for the lead. Deegan holds him off on the outside lane.
Lap 120, Chandler Smith is around for the third time and the caution is back out.
Green, Deegan leads. Mayer runs way low into turn one. He uses the apron but it doesn’t work, Deegan holds the lead. Holmes takes 3rd away behind them after getting spun from the lead earlier in this race.
Lap 137, Mayer is all over the bumper of Deegan for the lead. He’s searching all over the track for a way by, high and low.
Lap 144, Mayer rolls to the apron as he looks inside of Deegan for the lead. Mayer gets loose and Deegan opens the gap back up.
Race Break 2
Lap 151, point leader Michael Self is in the tire barrier! The caution is out and this will be the race break.
Green, Mayer drives it deep to the bottom in the entry to turn one. He slides Deegan and runs her wide off turn two. Mayer to the lead! Holmes takes over 2nd with Deegan on his bumper.
26 to go, Hailie Deegan is beating on the rear bumper of Holmes for 2nd. ARCA officials have issued her a warning for rough driving.
10 to go, Mayer leads Holmes by 1.8 seconds. Holmes is sliding all over the track as the rear tires are burnt off.
Final lap, Ty Gibbs spins Hailie Deegan for 4th!
