Weeks ahead of the first race, paint schemes are being released in rapid fire as teams put the final touches on their machines ahead of the famed Daytona 500.

On Thursday, Hendrick Motorsports released two paint schemes that are to be driven by William Byron in 2021. Today, the No. 48 Ally paint scheme has been released.

Jimmie Johnson, the former driver of the No. 48 spent 20 years at the NASCAR Cup Series level. He collected 7 championships and 83 wins along the way. However, 2020 was the final full-time season for the champ.

At the same time, Kyle Larson, one of the hottest drivers in NASCAR was out of a ride. Hiring the young superstar almost guarantees wins for 2021.
