The first NASCAR practice is in the books at the Bristol Motor Speedway dirt track
Today, NASCAR opens the race weekend in Bristol, Tennessee. First up, the NASCAR Truck Series take to the new Bristol Motor Speedway dirt track for a round of practice.

The field is full of superstars. Many NASCAR Cup Series drivers are in the field as they looks for extra track time ahead of Sunday’s dirt race. 3 of them are former winners at Eldora.
Cup Drivers Running Trucks on Dirt: Chase Briscoe; Kyle Larson; Kevin Harvick; Bubba Wallace; Martin Truex Jr; Ryan Newman; Daniel Suarez.
Additionally, dirt late model star Mike Marlar has returned for another race with the series.
Truck Practice Report
Duration: 50 Minutes
Sheldon creed is the first driver to the track.
3 minutes in, Brett Moffitt spins and the caution is out.
10 minutes in, Hailie Deegan spins into turn one. No damage and the caution is out.
Drivers are running all over this track. The middle groove looks to be preferred.
32 minutes remaining, Jake Griffin spins for the second time and the caution is back out.
