Practice – Report
Duration: 50 minutes
PJ1 traction compound has been applied to the top and middle lanes. However, it takes heat to activate the traction strips. Multiple trucks crashed earlier in the day as they rolled through it too soon.
Drivers are glued to the inside lane.

Drivers are extremely loose on corner entry. They’re attempting laps full-throttle but the car needs to rotate to make that happen. The fast ones are on edge.
8 minutes remain, Kyle Larson is 5th on the board. However, he’s all taped up and set to make a qualifying run. Larson jumps right to the top of the board.
3 minutes remain, Austin Dillon is making a qualifying run of his own. Dillon jumps to the top of the board!
