NASCAR qualifying and practice results for the NASCAR Truck Series
NASCAR is set for the first road course race of the 2022 season. First up, the NASCAR Truck Series is set for the 3.41-mile Circuit of the Americas track.

Kyle Busch and Alex Bowman are both in the Truck field this week. They’re looking for extra track time ahead of Sunday’s cup race.
Just ahead of qualifying, the field took to the track for a brief 20 minute practice session. Sheldon Creed was quickest overall following practice.
NASCAR qualifying saw the field split into two groups. The top 5 from each group advanced into round two. The top 10 truck made another run for the pole position.

Group B Qualifying (Top 5) : 1. Kyle Busch (90.974) 2. Tyler Ankrum (89.957) 3. Christian Eckes (89.868); 4. Stewart Friesen (89.862) 5. Taylor Gray (89.837)
Sheldon Creed grabs the pole position with an average speed of 90.985. However, Creed is expected to drop to the rear as the team thinks they’ll change a fuel pump. Zane Smith completes the front row.
