Stage 1 – Report

Laps: 60 (1-60 / 312)

Green flag, Logano short cuts the dogleg and he’s clear into turn one.

Lap 30, many drivers have found speed on the high side of the track. Logano leads Blaney by 1.9 seconds.

Lap 43, Logano works heavy lap traffic. Blaney has closed to within two car lengths.

Joey Logano wins stage one at Phoenix Raceway!

Slow stop for Ryan Blaney as they had an equipment issue.

Green flag on stage two, Logano clears Larson into turn one. They run four wide behind them.

Lap 85, Landon Cassill spins off turn two and Ricky Stenhouse Jr is collected. The caution is out.

Logano leads most of the field to the pit lane. Erik Jones wins the race to the pit exit as he’s the only car to take just two tires. Cole Custer is the only car to stay out.

Green, Logano comes from row two to make it three wide for the lead into turn one. Logano barely clears Jones off turn two.

Lap 94, Christopher Bell gets completely sideways off turn four. He saves it but he’s lost a ton of positions.

Lap 135

Lap 135, Blaney has climbed back through the field. He’s on the bumper of Logano in the battle for the lead.

Lap 154, Elliott hits the pit lane. Many cars are attempting to save fuel and make it to the end of the stage.

Lap 159, Blaney works inside of Logano. He drives by. Logano attempts a crossover but Blaney holds the lead.

Ryan Blaney wins stage two at Phoenix Raceway!

Stage 3 – Report

Laps: 127 (186-312 / 312)

Green flag on stage three, Blaney clears Briscoe into turn one.

Lap 194, Tyler Reddick and Michael McDowell spin off turn four, caution.

Green, Chase Elliott spins into the dogleg as he cuts across the nose of Ross Chastain. Elliott slides into the inside wall, caution.

The crew makes major repairs. Elliott is back on track and 1 lap down.

Green, Blaney clears Briscoe into turn one.

Lap 210, Christopher Bell thinks the engine is blowing up.

82 to go

82 to go, Blaney puts Elliott another lap down, Elliott is now -2 and the team needs a caution to make further repairs.

63 to go, Bell is the first car to the pit lane. Green flag stops are underway. Chastain and many others pit the next lap. Slow stop for Chastain and he’s lost several positions.

57 to go, Blaney cycles back to the lead. Bell and Logano battle for 4th and the championship. Logano holds him off for now.

45 to go, Michael McDowell turns Alex Bowman off turn two and he slides toward the inside wall.

Blaney leads the field to the pit lane. Briscoe wins the race to the pit exit. Slow stop for Christopher Bell.

Brad Keselowski is on fire as they roll under caution. He’s forced to come to a stop and climb from the car.

Green, Briscoe drives it deep into turn one and he clears Blaney for the lead. Logano aggressively works inside of Blaney for 2nd. Chastain moves to 5th.

31 to go, Chastain slides Byron for 4th.

30 to go, Logano looks inside of Briscoe for the lead. He clears him with ease, Logano returns to the lead.

10 to go, Logano leads Blaney by a half second. Chastain is 2 seconds back in 3rd.

5 to go, Chastain is closing slightly as he’s 1.6 seconds back.

Joey Logano wins the race and the championship!
