Stage 1 – Report

Laps: 14 (1-14 / 46)

Green flag, Ty Gibbs dives to the inside and makes it four wide for the lead into turn one. They run out of room in a hurry, many drivers rub fenders. Sheldon Creed pops out with the race lead. Allmendinger runs him down in a hurry, Allmendinger takes the lead away.

Lap 2, Josh Berry has collected heavy nose damage.

Lap 8, Carson Hocevar has stalled, caution.

Green, Allmendinger leads into turn one.

AJ Allmendinger wins stage one at COTA!

Stage 2 – Report

Laps: 16 (15-30 / 46)

Lap 15, Allmendinger pits from the race lead.

Lap 17, Preston Pardus is stalled on track, caution.

Green, Sheldon Creed clears William Byron into turn one. AJ Allmendinger gets turned as they run 7 wide into turn one! Aric Almirola is also collected.

Lap 20, Brandon Jones has a flat tire. As the tire rips off the fender, caution for debris.

Green, Creed leads Byron into turn one.

Lap 25, Byron is all over the bumper of Creed in the battle for the lead. Creed is taking a very defensive line.

Lap 27, Byron dives inside of Creed into turn one. They rub doors through the esses. Byron takes the lead away!

Lap 28

Lap 28, Brett Moffitt is parked and the caution is out.

Byron and most of the leaders hit the pit lane, Creed wins the race to the pit exit. Parker Kligerman stays out to take the lead.

Green flag with one to go in stage two, Kligerman and Almirola run side by side into turn one. Sieg shoves Kligerman into turn one. Parker has a issue off turn one, Sieg to the lead. Cole Custer gets turned behind them.

Creed quickly climbs to 2nd. He dives inside of Sieg, Creed returns to the lead with much fresher tires.

The caution is out as Custer is stalled. Sheldon Creed wins stage two at COTA!

Stage 3 – Report

Laps: 16 (31-46 / 46)

Green, Almirola makes it three wide for the lead into turn one. Creed holds him off as Allmendinger takes 2nd away.

14 to go, Allmendinger gets into the left rear of Creed under braking into turn 19! Creed spins and Allmendinger takes the lead away.

13 to go, Byron has a run on Allmendinger into turn one. He dives inside. Allmendinger crosses over him in the esses, Allmendinger back to the lead!

4 to go, John Hunter Nemechek spins from 6th with help from Daniel Hemric.

2 to go, Allmendinger leads Byron by just a few car lengths.

1 to go, Byron has closed to within a car length! Byron gets loose in the esses and loses a bunch of ground.

AJ Allmendinger wins COTA!
