In Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race, Austin Hill and Cole Custer were in a battle for position. As they rolled door to door through the tri-oval, they banged wheels.

Hill went for the bottom into turn one. However, he didn’t know that he picked up a flat tire from the previous contact. When he got to the turn, the car went straight up the banking.

Custer was collected. Both drivers were in the wall with heavy damage. But, Hill wasn’t done.

As they rolled down the backstretch. Hill was in the rear bumper of Custer. The caution was already out but Hill wanted to let Custer know that he wasn’t happy.

Custer reached his hand out the window net and gave Hill a thumbs up. And at that moment, Custer was sent spinning across the track.

On Wednesday, NASCAR announced a steep penalty to driver Austin Hill…
