NASCAR is developing an electric racing series; Dana White is behind the upcoming deal
Dana White is best known as the CEO and President of the UFC. Outside of that, he’s the owner of Power Slap and a co-owner of Thrill One Sports & Entertainment.
Under that umbrella Thrill One Sports is the owner of Nitrocross. The series runs electric FC1-X cars.
Now, White is currently looking to expand his electric racing portfolio. He says that he’s working with NASCAR to run their up and coming electric series.
In 2023, a photo of NASCAR’s electric car leaked onto the internet. The car looks like a hatchback style car, similar to cars used in Nitrocross.

NASCAR was set to debut their electric car earlier this year at The Clash at the LA Colisium. However, due to rain, the car never made an appearance on the track.
Since then, NASCAR has made very few comments on their new electric car. However, it appears that gears are turning behind the scenes…
