JR Motorsports will field the No. 24 at Caraway Speedway
William Byron will return to JR Motorsports for the CARS Tour event at Caraway Speedway. The race will take place on July 3.
JR Motorsports stated via X, “Back to the grassroots. William Byron and Hendrick Cars joins JRM for the CARS Tour race at Caraway Speedway on July 3rd.”
Byron will drive the No. 24 late model with sponsorship from HendrickCars.com.
He most recently ran three CARS Tour races back in 2015. He finished top-4 in all three and picked up a win at Hickory Motor Speedway.
Caraway Speedway is a .455-mile oval in Sophia, North Carolina. Come July 3, the track will host the CARS Tour Late Model Stock as well as the Pro Late Model divisions.
