Indycar Series drivers are on the grid once again in Newton, Iowa. It’s the final race of a double-header race weekend on the oval of Iowa Speedway.

Race Report

Green flag, McLaughlin gets the jump and he’s clear before turn one.

Lap 75, McLaughlin leads Palou by 0.8 seconds. Dixon holds 3rd.

Lap 97, McLaughlin pits from the lead as green flag stops are underway.

Lap 100, Agustin Canapino spins and stalls on the apron. The caution is out in the middle of pit stops as Palou is on the pit lane.

Will Power is the only car yet to pit and only two cars are on the lead lap. As Power heads for the pits, Palou cycles to the race lead.

Green, Palou leads Power and McLaughlin.

Lap 160, Palou leads Power by four car lengths.

Lap 208, Power cycles out ahead of Palou due to a faster pit stop. As Lundqvist heads for the pit lane, Power cycles to the race lead!

25 to go, Power leads Palou by 0.5 seconds.

5 to go, Power works heavy lap traffic. Palou closes right to his bumper.

Will Power holds him off to win at Iowa Speedway! Multiple cars tangle and Sting Ray Robb is upside down!
