Race Report
Green flag, they run side by side into turn turn one. Herta wins the battle off the corner. They run four wide behind them and Santino Ferrucci is in the wall. Christian Rasmussen is stalled, caution.
Green, Herta leads Kirkwood and McLaughlin into turn one.
Lap 5, Agustin Canapino and Scott Dixon fight for space. They clip wheels and Canapino is set off line and into the concrete wall, caution.
Green, Herta leads Kirkwood.
Lap 37, Dixon is the last of the leaders to pit. Herta cycles back to the race lead. He leads Kirkwood by 1 second.
Lap 54, Herta and Kirkwood pit on the same lap. Herta wins the race to the pit exit.
Lap 56, Theo Pourchaire and Linus Lundqvist run side by side deeper in the field. They both cook the braking zone and run wide. Each car makes contact with the wall, no caution.
Lap 57, Felix Rosenqvist locks up under braking. He misses the corner completely and he forces Marcus Ericsson and himself into the runoff area, no caution.

20 to go, Herta leads Kirkwood and Dixon by 1 second.
18 to go, Kyffin Simpson finds the marbles and then the tire barrier. The caution is out.
Felix Rosenqvist is out of the race with a mechanical failure.

13 to go, Pato O’Ward spins in front of the field! Santino Ferrucci is launched into the air and into the catch fence! The red flag is out but the drivers says he’s ok on the team radio.
