Stage 1 – Report

Green flag, Smith is clear into turn one. Connor Zilisch gets sideways in turn three but he saves it!
Lap 5, AJ Allmendinger works close to the left rear of Sammy Smith off turn four. Smith tags the outside wall and picks up heavy right side damage.
Lap 7, Sammy Smith spins with a lack of down force.
Green, Chandler Smith clears Jones to hold the lead.
Lap 30, Taylor Gray has lost a cylinder as he runs inside the top 10.
Lap 37, Aric Almirola has a run on Chandler Smith off turn four. Smith wiggles, Almirola wins the race into turn one.
1 to go in stage one, Taylor Gray is up in smoke and the caution is out.

Almirola leads the field to the pit lane but it’s a slow stop for him. Custer wins the race to the pit exit. Brandon Jones returns to the pit lane a second time to tighten lugs.
Pit Penalty: AJ Allmendinger will drop to the rear.
Green flag on stage two, Custer is clear before turn one. Daniel Dye gets completely sideways behind him but he saves it.
Lap 65, Perez is stalled on the apron, caution.
Green, Custer is shoved clear into turn one. Allgaier is pinched as they run three wide off turn two! Allgaier goes for a long slide and tags the inside wall. The caution is out.
Green, Custer and Mayer run side by side into turn one. Chandler Smith makes it three wide. Sam Mayer leads into turn three.
Sam Mayer wins stage two at Kansas Speedway!
After the leader crosses the line, Austin Hill hooks the left rear of Riley Herbst off turn four! Herbst slides though the grass.

Mayer leads the field to the pit lane. Chandler Smith wins the race to the pit exit.
Green flag in stage three, Creed shoves Chandler Smith to the lead.
Lap 126, Aric Almirola brushes the wall and picks up a flat tire. He pits under green.

64 to go, Custer works to the left rear of Smith off turn two. Custer completes the pass in turn four, Custer leads.
60 to go, green flag stops are underway.
57 to go, just as Custer heads to the pit lane a caution is out for a tire that has rolled onto the track!
Jones and the other cars that haven’t put dive for the pit lane. Custer cycles back to the race lead.
Green, Custer holds the race lead with Chandler Smith on his bumper.
45 to go, Chandler Smith works inside of Custer in the battle for the lead. Creed shuts the door off turn four and Custer is forced to lift! Smith to the lead.
22 to go
22 to go, Custer is all over the bumper of Smith in the battle for the win. Aric Almirola is closing of both of them.
19 to go, Custer works inside of Smith into turn one. He can’t complete the pass.
12 to go, Smith leads Custer and Almriola as they all run nose to tail.
11 to go, Custer throttles on the outside lane and works to the right rear of Smith off turn four! Custer to the lead.
Almirola slides Smith for 2nd.
5 to go, Custer leads Almirola by a car length.
4 to go, Almirola works to the left rear of Custer. Custer wiggles and Almirola takes the lead into turn one!
