On Saturday, Homstead-Miami Speedway hosted the NASCAR Truck Series. In stage three, we saw drama.

Watch the Conner Jones vs Matt Mills video below.

On lap 76, Mills went to the bottom lane. Jones lined him up and drove right into his rear bumper.

Mills got sideways, overcorrected to the right and drove straight into the outside wall.

Immediately, smoke billowed from his machine. The truck came to a rest against the inside wall.

Mills climbed from the truck and had a seat on the grass, appearing to catch his breath. The safety team was on the scene quickly.

NASCAR issued a two lap penalty to Jones. They noted “Reckless Driving” with the penalty.

“I believe I’d park him,” Michael Waltrip stated from the FOX booth.
