Stage 1 – Report

Laps: 60 (1-60 / 260)

Green flag, Chastain is clear on the inside lane with a push from Kyle Larson. Larson gets loose in turn four, completely sideways but he saves it. Elliott has a run on Chastain back into turn one, Elliott to the lead.

Lap 3, Chastain back to the lead.

Lap 20, Many drivers are struggling with handling issues. Meanwhile, Denny Hamlin has climbed from 16th to 2nd as he holds full throttle while in dirty air.

Lap 22, Blaney shoves Hamlin down the back. Hamlin works to the outside of Chastain. Hamlin to the race lead.

Lap 23, Elliott shoves Ryan Blaney to the lead.

Lap 25, Ross Chastain gets loose off the bumper of Denny Hamlin. Elliott to the lead.

Lap 26, the competition caution is out.

Green, Elliott leads Alex Bowman

10 to go in stage one, Blaney dives inside of Elliott to take the lead. Elliott crosses under him off turn four and retakes the lead back into turn one.

Elliott leads the field to the pit lane. Tyler Reddick wins the race to the pit exit with a two tire call.

Green flag on stage two, Reddick leads Martin Truex Jr.

Lap 70, Christopher Bell shoves Truex Jr to the lead.

Lap 79, BJ McLeod spins off turn two. Erik Jones and Chris Buescher are collected and the caution is out.

Lap 87, Elliott has a run on Truex into turn one. Reddick shoves him clear, Elliott to the lead.

Big crash

Lap 91, Chastain gives a shove to Truex Jr, Elliott throws and block. Truex Jr checks up and gets turned by Chastain in front of the field! Larson, McDowell, Kyle Busch, Joey logano, Austin Dillon and others are collected. The caution is out.

“Looks like we were just a casualty of Ross Chastain, once again.”

Elliott leads them to the pit lane. Byron wins the race to the pit exit, fuel only. Harrison Burton and Ricky Stenhouse Jr stay out.

Green, Stenhouse Jr leads them into turn one.

Lap 102, Byron shoves Burton to the lead on the outside. It’s short lived as Stenhouse Jr shoves Byron to the race lead.

Lap 107, Chris Buescher is in the wall, caution.

Lap 137, Chase Briscoe spins, caution.

Green, Byron leads Reddick.

Lap 146, Reddick works to the right rear of Byron. Reddick to the lead as Byron falls outside the top 5.

7 to go in stage two, Elliott dives inside of Reddick. Elliott to the lead.

2 to go, Alex Bowman blows a right rear and spins in turn four.

Green flag on stage three, Cindric clears Almirola to take the race lead.

91 to go, Erik Jones dives inside of Cindric to take the lead. Big crash behind them! Garrett Smithley got loose in front of the field. As he lifted, Ty Dillon drove into the back of him. Williams Byron, Bubba Wallace, Brad Keselowski, Kyle Larson, Michael McDowell and Todd Gilliland are collected.

Green, Elliott shoves Ross Chastain to the race lead on the inside lane.

71 to go, Cody Ware and Kyle Busch tangle, caution.

The field hit the pit lane. Corey LaJoie wins the race to the pit exit with fuel only.

59 to go, Elliott dives inside of LaJoie. He clears him, Elliott leads. LaJoie fights back on the inside, clears him. Elliott crosses under him, Elliott returns to the lead.

30 to go, Elliott leads Truex Jr and Lajoie. The top 15 run single file and nose to tail.

16 to go, Elliott dives to the inside of Truex but he can’t clear him. LaJoie takes over 2nd.

15 to go, Ross Chastain turns Denny Hamlin. The caution is out.

Green, Chastain shoves LaJoie to the lead! Christopher Bell hooks Hamlin into Logano behind them, caution.

Green flag with just 3 to go, LaJoie bobbles with a push from Chastain. LaJoie gets into Truex and shoves him up the track. LaJoie leads.

2 to go, Elliott looks outside of LaJoie. He clears him into turn one.

1 to go, Elliott leads LaJoie. LaJoie looks to the outside of Elliott into turn one, Elliott blocks and LaJoie is in the wall! He spins and the caution is out.
