NASCAR starting positions for Texas Motor Speedway
Tonight, the NASCAR Truck Series unloads in Fort Worth, Texas. The 1.5-mile is set to host the SpeedyCash.com 200. Ahead of the race, the field rolled to the track for a round of practice and qualifying.

Just ahead of qualifying, teams rolled to the track for a brief 25 minute practice. Chris Hacker spun on his first lap and slammed the inside wall off turn two. Ty Majeski topped the times sheet with a 30.269.
Matt DiBenedetto made a wedge adjustment after practice. That’s against the rules and he won’t be allowed to qualify. He’ll start at the rear of the field as the team noted they weren’t aware of the rule.
Colby Howard got loose in turn two during qualifying. He backed it hard into the fence off the corner.
John Hunter Nemechek will start from the pole position for the third week in a row. He turned a 29.612.
