Tonight, it’s night two of the Double-Down Showdown in Salidbury, NC. It’s the debut event for the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series. NASCAR drivers are scattered throughout both divisions.

Green flag, McIntosh slides from the bottom to the top and leads off turn two.
Lap 4, Sam Johnson and Jace Park tangle, caution.
Green, McIntosh leads Wiedeman.
Lap 11, Kyle Larson had climbed to 6th. His progress is halted as he’s parked in turn one, caution. He gets a push start and will join the tail of the field.
Green, McIntosh leads as he heads right for the cushion in turn one.
Lap 12, Taylor Reimer slides Wiedeman for 2nd in turn one.
Boschele is glued to the cushion. He closes on Reimer and takes that spot.
Lap 21, Boschele is closing on McIntosh. Justin Crews is running them both down.
15 to go, McIntosh works heavy lap traffic as the top 3 run bumper to bumper.
11 to go, McIntosh slides the lap cars and forces them three wide.
10 to go
10 to go, Boschele slides him for the lead. McIntosh crosses under him to retake the spot.
7 to go, Larson has climbed back to 6th. He needs a caution.
5 to go, Boschele slides McIntosh for the lead in turn one. McIntosh crosses under him and slides him back into turn one.
Boschele drives it deep to the inside in turn three. He slides all the way to the wall, jumps the cushion and bounces off the wall. Boschele flips and he collects Justin Crews. The red is out but all drivers are ok.
Green flag with 4 to go, McIntosh leads Taylor Reimer. Kyle Larson knocks a rut, jumps the cushion, rides the wall and rolls back down the track. The red flag is back out.
Wiedeman has a near flat left rear as we come to the restart. He’s running 3rd.
Green, McIntosh leads Reimer. Wiedeman is struggling behind them.
