Sonoma Raceway Penalties and Iowa Speedway Penalties Announced
This week, NASCAR handed out two penalties.
The first is a penalty to Joe Gibbs Racing from the MENCS race at Sonoma Raceway. The second is a penalty to the Daniel Hemric from the NXS event at Iowa Speedway.
