No. 8 DIRTcar UMP Modified Driver Penalized Post-World Short Track Championship
Kyle Strickler and David Stremme tangled down the back straight away at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Strickler climbed from his car and engaged in an altercation.
Stremme was still strapped into his race car at the request of officials.
