Donald McIntosh 2018 plans: Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series

Donald McIntosh join list of drivers that will tour with the LOLMDS in 2018

Donald McIntosh is a 24-year-old dirt late model driver from Dawsonville, Georgia.

In 2014, McIntosh came into a new opportunity. It was announced at the PRI show that he would become the primary driver for Larry Garner and Blount Motorsports.

In 2016, McIntosh claimed the championship title in the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Bonus Series. In 2017, he won it again. Strike two championship’s, back to back, in Ray Cook’s late model series.

Also in 2017, The #7 machine was seen at 7 Lucas Oil Late Model races. The teams best Lucas finish came at Boyd’s Speedway in March and Rome Speedway in October. Both times the team finished 8th.

The team claimed 7 dirt late model wins during their 2017 campaign.

For 2018, he join the national dirt racing tour. The driver has announced his plans to follow the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series across the United States.

Donald McIntosh Racing Announcement

Donald McIntosh racing is proud to announce that we are hitting the road for 2018. Donald will be following the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and competing for the Rookie of the Year title.

More details to come as we wrap up our weekend in Indy at PRI. We are very excited about everything the 2018 season has to offer!
