2018 Dirt Late Model Dream: Starting Lineups

Defending race winner, Scott Bloomquist finished 3rd in the makeup feature. However, just hours later, he was injured during the rain delay ahead of the night two portion of the show. The #0 team was a scratch for the second show on Friday at Eldora Speedway.

Bloomquist slipped on a wet ladder and fell. Ahead of hot laps, the machine was under a car cover with no driver in sight. Scott Bloomquist was in the E.R. with possible a possible rotator cuff injury. As qualifying got underway last night at Eldora Speedway, the #0 team had loaded up.

Brandon Overton is a scratch for the Dirt Late Model Dream. An accident with Billy Moyer in the Friday afternoon event sent the #116 to the pits on the hook. Initially, Overton thought the team would bring out the backup. However, Randy Weaver Racing loaded up and skipped night two.

The final night of the Dirt Late Model Dream is set to get underway tonight at Eldora Speedway. The race will pay $100,000 to the main event winner.

You can watch the highlight videos from both races in the links at the bottom of this page. If you have to pick just one, the Friday night showing is the one to watch. Davenport and O’Neal banged fenders and traded sliders as Pearson changed into the mix in the closing laps.
