The NASCAR penalty report from ISM Raceway has been released
The NASCAR weekend at ISM Raceway featured three divisions of racing. The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Two penalties have been issued following the race weekend in Phoenix, Arizona. Both of those are lug nut violations.
Phoenix Penalties
NASCAR Cup Series
Infraction Date: 11/11/2018 (post-race inspection)
Team: Ryan Newman (#31)
Infraction: Sections 10.9.10.4: Tires and Wheels Note: Lug nut(s) not properly installed.
Penalty: Crew chief (Luke Lambert) has been fined $10,000.
Phoenix Penalties
NASCAR Xfinity Series
Infraction Date: 11/10/2018 (post-race inspection)
Team: Tyler Reddick (#9)
Infraction: Sections 10.9.10.4: Tires and Wheels Note: Lug nut(s) not properly installed.
Penalty: Crew chief (David Elenz) has been fined $5,000.
