Stage 1 – Report
Laps: 45 (1-45 / 147)
Green flag, Haley gets the jump on the outside lane. Briscoe and Austin Cindric run side by side for 2nd. Cindric takes over 2nd using the outside lane.
Lap 2, crash down the backstretch! Anthony Alfredo clipped Justin Allgaier and they both run wide. The field stacks up behind them, Daniel Hemric, Brandon Brown and Ryan Sieg are collected.
Green, Haley spins the tires. Briscoe takes over the lead and Chastain moves to 2nd.
Lap 13, Chastain is on the bumper of Briscoe for the race lead. A slightly touch to the bumper and Chastain cuts under him to get the drive off the corner, Chastain leads.
Competition caution
Lap 21, the competition caution is out.
Green, Haley and Chastain run even into turn one. Chastain has the preferred groove on the outside and he swings to the lead on the outside.
Lap 28, Denny Hamlin has climbed to 5th after starting last.
Lap 32, Hamlin is on the bumper of Chastain for the lead. He runs high in turn one, cuts down the banking and under Chastain off turn two. Hamlin to the lead, from last to first.
Lap 42, Justin Haley is dropping through the field with heavy nose damage. Allgaier slid him and tagged the wall, Haley then drove into the back of him to pick up the damage.

The field heads to the pit lane. Slow stop for Hamlin! He’s drops outside the top 10 as Briscoe wins the race to the pit exit.
Green flag on stage two, Chastain and Briscoe run side by side for the lead into turn one. Briscoe wins the battle.
Lap 77, Allgaier pits under green with a corded tire.
Lap 82, Briscoe, Brandon Jones and Hamlin run nose to tail at the front. They race through lap traffic. Hamlin clears Jones for 2nd in turn one.
8 to go in the stage two, Hamlin is on the bumper of Briscoe for the lead. Hamlin enters high in turn three, he cuts off the banking and crosses under Briscoe in turn four. Hamlin returns to the lead.
1 to go, Noah Gragson goes for a slide. No damage but the caution is out.

The field returns to the pit lane. Briscoe wins the race to the pit exit. Hamlin is off third
Green flag on stage three, Briscoe leads into turn one.
Lap 102, a car has come to a stop and the caution is out.
Briscoe pits from the race lead! Burton, Gragson and others follow.
Green, Hamlin wins the battle with Chastain for the race lead into turn one. Briscoe is slicing through the field behind them.
38 to go, David Starr is in the wall and the caution is out.
Hamlin pits from the race lead! Chastain, Jones, Haley and others follow.
Green, Briscoe and Sieg run even into turn one. Briscoe clears him off turn two. Hamlin runs three wide outside the top 10.
31 to go, Brett Moffitt is slow and dropping oil on the track.
Race leader, Briscoe is in the wall! Multiple cars spin. The red flag is out for oil cleanup.
Green, Sieg gets the jump.
Chastain quickly picks them off and climbs to the front. Hamlin moves to 2nd.
13 to go
13 to go, Hamlin is on the bumper of Chastain for the race lead!
11 to go, Hamlin runs wide and brushes the wall. Just moments later, Chastain does the same and Hamlin is back on his bumper.
8 to go, Hamlin looks inside in turn three but can’t complete the pass.
6 to go, Hamlin tries to slide Chastain in turn three. He nearly clears him but Chastain hangs onto his right rear and swings back to the lead with outside momentum.
4 to go, Hamlin lightly bumps Chastain off turn two.
3 to go, Hamlin pushes him into turn one. Both of them tag the wall. They both keep rolling but Brandon Jones has climbed into the battle.
2 to go, Hamlin slides and clears Chastain in turn three. Hamlin tags the wall as he carried too much speed into the corner. Chastain drives into the rear bumper of Hamlin. Chastain is sideways and Hamlin is stuck in the wall. Brandon Jones drives by both of them and into the lead!
1 to go, Jones leads with no pressure from behind.
