Rajah Caruth returns to the NASCAR Xfinity Series with new sponsors
Last year, Rajah Caruth ran 7 Xfinity races with Alpha Prime Racing. He collected a best finish of 12th at Martinsville Speedway.
This weekend, the 20-year-old returns to the NASCAR Xfinity Series . He’ll drive the No. 45 for Alpha Prime Racing at Auto Club Speedway.
Microsoft and the Wendell Scott Foundation will serve as the sponsors on the machine.
Team co-owner Tommy Joe Martins stated, “Yes, that’s THE Microsoft on our racecar. Ryan Pistana joked if I could’ve ever imagined that while I was start & parking in 2014 – definitely not. Pretty neat.”
In January, Rajah Caruth announced that he would return to Alpha Prime Racing in 2023.
He stated in January, “Tommy and his family took a chance on me before I had even ran an ARCA race, and to represent them as well as Caesar (Bacarella), his family and every man and woman in the APR fold is a blessing. I can’t wait to build on the finishes we put together late last year and continue to show what both myself and this team is capable of.”
