Green flag, Pierce gets the jump and he’s clear off turn two.
Lap 7, Ashton Winger looks inside of Doar for 2nd. He takes the position away. Pierce is closing on the tail of the field.
Lap 8, Brent Larson slows and the caution is out.
Green, Pierce leads Winger off turn two.
Lap 17, slow car, caution.
Green, Pierce leads Winger and Madden. Slow car, caution.
Green, Pierce leads as they run side by side for 2nd. Madden wins the battle for 2nd on the outside of Winger.
Lap 25, the track is noticeably slicking off. Pierce leads Madden by 1 second.
Lap 35, Piece works heavy lap traffic. He opens the gap as Madden struggles to work by lap cars.
10 to go, Pierce has moved to the cushion in search of grip. Madden is glued to the middle and closing slightly.
