Iredell County deputies have announced charges
Greg Biffle and his family were killed in a plane crash on December 18th shortly after takeoff from Statesville Regional Airport.
In the middle of the night on January 7th and 8th, there was a break-in at the Biffle residence in Mooresville, North Carolina. Home surveillance video showed the suspect walking around the home in search of valuables.

Multiple hand bags, tens of thousands of dollars in cash, two handguns as well as NASCAR memorabilia turned up missing from the home.
Until now, a suspect was not identified. Today, Iredell County deputies have announced charges.
The charges state that Terrell Williams, 44 forced entry way into the home. Detectives added that the suspect spent several hours inside after the entry.
Additionally, detectives have speculated that Williams knew where the security cameras were inside the home.
