NASCAR racecars driven by Greg Biffle, Mark Martin, Matt Kenseth, Carl Edwards, Kurt Busch, Jeff Burton and others are heading to auction
Jack Roush joined NAASCAR as a team owner in 1988. Since then, he’s collected 8 national series championships including back-to-back cup titles in 2003 and 2004 (Matt Kenseth, Kurt Busch).
The Roush Automotive Collection has entered a lot a famed NASCAR machines for the upcoming Mecum Auctions’ event in Nashville on Sept. 22-26.
These cars have been collected over the last 38 years. It’s a lineup of competition vehicles, one-offs, race cars and classic American performance machines.
The Roush Automotive Collection is located in Detroit. It currently holds 150 vehicles and memorabilia with the Roush name attached in various ways.
NASCAR Racecars included in the auction: Mark Martin, Matt Kenseth, Carl Edwards, Kurt Busch and Jeff Burton.
Additionally, Greg Biffle’s 2004 Ford Taurus will benefit the Biffle Family Fund. Matt Kenseth’s 2012 Ford Fusion will benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

“There’s a lot of legacy, hard work, passion and history tied to these vehicles,” said Jack Roush.
“They represent people, ideas, races and moments that helped shape Roush over the last 50 years. I’ve always believed cars are meant to be driven, experienced and appreciated, and this felt like the right time to share some of that history with people who truly love automobiles and racing.”
