Phoenix Xfinity Race Starting Lineup: November 10, 2018 (ISM Raceway)

Several drivers are heading to the track early. These are simple tire scrubbing runs at slow speeds. Most drivers remain on the apron.

1 minute remains in round one, Christopher Bell has not taken to the track at all. Christopher Bell will be the only one of the eight NASCAR Playoff drivers that will not advance to round two.

Bell is stuck in the pre-qualifying inspection line. His car chief will be ejected after three failed inspections.

“Well, the good thing is, Homestead isn’t decided on where we start. It’s where we finish. So, I think we’ll be fine. This is the car we’ve won both of out Richmond races with,” Christopher Bell told NBC Sports.

“We’ve got all the ingredients to go do it. We just need to make sure we don’t get wrecked again.”

Bell wasn’t the only driver to take a time. Ty Majeski and Josh Bilicki also failed to make it to the race track.

7 minutes in, Tyler Reddick is sideways off turn four on his lap. That time isn’t good enough. Reddick is the only Playoff driver of the seven remaining that sits below the cutoff line for round three.

1 minute left in round two, Reddick return to the take for another run. He’s two tenths off after two laps. On his third lap, Reddick has missed round three by 0.015 seconds. Six of the eight playoff drivers advance to round three.

Nemechek, Allgaier and Jones waste no time taking to the track in the final round. Nemechek leads that group with a time equal to his pace in round two.

John Hunter Nemechek will start from the Xfinity pole at ISM Raceway! A non-playoff driver gets it done.
