North Florida Speedway is a 3/8-mile semi-baked dirt oval. The track sits on 25+/- acres of Florida real estate.
In 1963, a race track was constructed between Jacksonville and Tallahassee. It’s now the second oldest speedway in the state of Florida.
Note: Bubba Raceway Park opened in 1952. That makes it the oldest operating track in the state of Florida.
North Florida Speedway is located at 287 SE Race Track Lane in Lake City, Florida. The listing was created just ahead of Christmas.
The business is listed at a cap rate of 25%. That means the track had a net operating income of roughly $200,000 last year.

The track comes with a wide range of recent upgrades to the business and the facility: New case tracker, 2 mother Graiders, 2 new Concession Stands with all new restaurant equipment and a brand New steel building 40×100 just went up at the end of 2018.
The track continues to operate as usual. The current owners are also in the process of building an apartment on the complex for the new potential owners to use.
