LVMS Xfinity Practice 1 – Report
Duration: 50 min
20 minutes in, Chase Briscoe isn’t happy with the setup on his machine. The crew chief has told his driver to back up the corners. The track is warmer than when the team tested. It’s possible that’s throwing him off.
Halfway in Las Vegas Xfinity practice, Justin Allgaier sits at the top of the board. He turned a 30.212.
In the final 15 minutes of practice, it’s a quiet track. Why? Nearly half of the field is currently serving practice penalties. They picked up the penalties during inspection last week.

LVMS Xfinity Final Practice – Report
Duration: 50 min
5 minutes into final practice, Kyle Busch has tagged the wall. He ran high in turn one. He got up in the marbles, the car wouldn’t turn and he dragged the wall off turn two.
The team has elected not to bring out the backup car. Instead, they’ve made minimal repairs and sent him back out.
10 minutes remain, Justin Haley sits at the top of the board. Bad news for the competition, Kyle Busch is quickest in 5-lap and 10-lap runs.
