This weekend, NASCAR heads to the tricky triangle. It’s a double-header race weekend featuring the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

The track features very long and flat straight-aways. The front stretch is 3,740 feet in length, the longest in any United States oval.
The long and wide front stretch creates an opportunity for excitement at the drop of the green flag. As they head two by two to the line, they’ll fan out instantly in the race to turn one. We have seen six wide in the past on the 100 feet wide entry to the corner.
What turn four? NASCAR oval typically have four turn labels. The 2.5-mile track in Long Pond, Pennsylvania features just three corners. Or is it six turns? Additionally, each turn radius and banking degree is different from the last.
