NASCAR tv viewership; SRX, F1 and Indycar included
Over the weekend, NASCAR returned to Nashville Superspeedway. After 10 years inactive, the track was reborn. Also, it was the first trip to the 1.333-mile oval for the NASCAR Cup Series.

Friday’s NASCAR Truck Series race at Nashville Superspeedway brought 536,000 race fans to their television screens via FS1.
On Saturday, 1.1 million turned in for the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Nashville Superspeedway.
Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race brought a soldout crowd of 40,000. It also brought 2.6 million viewers for NBCSN. The race saw a household ratings of 1.46. The race was the second most-watched sports event of the weekend with the NBA playoffs taking the number one spot.
Additionally, 1.1 million watched the F1 race in France on ESPN. Indycar’s race at Road America brought 800,000.
The SRX Series continues to put up big numbers. The new short track series was the second most-watched racing series of of the weekend. 1.2 million tuned in to watch the first dirt race of the series at Knoxville Raceway.
